January 1967
Former representative director Takashi Ueda establishes Keiyo Metal Shokai as an exclusive distributor of Tokyo Tungsten Co., Ltd.'s Totanloy products.
December 1969
The company was reorganized into a corporation and Keiyo Special Tools Co., Ltd. was established at the same time.
January 1970
Established a manufacturing department to handle increasing orders for cemented carbide tools.
August 1981 (Showa 56)
Aiming for modern management, we acquired a factory site, and upon completion of the installation of state-of-the-art machinery, we moved the head office factory to its current location and began operations.
